The purpose of the Service is to provide the User with up-to-date information and enable contact with Games Tech. Information provided on the Service website does not constitute an offer for any services and is provided for informational purposes only. The Service enables the downloading and printing of documents free of charge. The use of the Service is free of charge. Games Tech reserves the right to update information contained in the Service with some delay.

In the Games Tech Service, personal data are collected and processed on the basis of voluntary subscription to the Service newsletter, whereby the User gives consent to the processing of such data under Article 23 (1) (1) of the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). If personal data are provided by the User under Article 24 (1) (3) of the above Act, the User retains the right to access and correct the data.
